Hello 309-Lover,

I`m searching for some info about special-series Peugeots and I hope you can help.

Some of you may know that there where some "special-edition" of the 309 in swiss. For example the 309 "Magic". And there also was a 205 "Magic".
Another one was the 205 "Collection" ( with full-leather, 6x15 Exips and the "Collection"- sticker ) and a 405 with full-leather and the same "collection"- sticker on.

My GTi16 is originally from swiss, I bought it with the Exips ( 6x15 ) mounted, it has full-leather seats and on the 309s ass there is the "Collection- sticker ( just like the one of the 205s ) to see.

Was there a 309 "Collection" special-edition made?

Hi there!

Sorry for the delay, I've been quite busy and it seems no-one else knew what to reply. Actually, it's always a bit hard to tell if a 309 is an original "collection", "Magic", etc. The best is to check the VIN and see what it tells us. But one thing is sure, these editions were only for the 8v version of the 309... No GTI 16 sold anywhere in the world could be a special edition.

In Holland we also had some special editions, such as: score, green, cosmopoliet. But al 8v.
