My name is Johan and lives in Holland, at the east side of the country, near Germany. I would like to introduce my 309GTI16, build 1990. It’s a Miami bleu one, which I own now for 10 years. The car has done 265000km. Because it is a 16 valve one, without the catalyst, it has 160HP. The car is probably the best GTI which is ever been built. It drives smoothly, and is very fast for a car at that time. Because there aren’t sold many of them, it’s a very rare car. I like to keep the car as standard has it is, Here are some pictures of it. My intention is too keep the car as standard as it is. The only modification is front lowering springs, and an other gear knob.

Thanks, it's compleet original, and I want to keep it this way. Last years the bonnet has been replaced. A few weeks ago I spray paint a few spots. The famous places, the doors and the before the rear wheels.

I must say the car looks great now.

the engine has 265000km without any big manutention?

At a 258000 km I preventive replaced main bearings. Maybe in the future I will do a revision.

I have some pictures from the inside but they are from a few years ago. I will make some new ones.
