Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
When I press the brake pedal several times, the rpm gets lower because it needs power.

No, a manual. but that doesn't matter. I know how to use it, and to this day haven't forgotten to close it when the engine heats up. I think it's something in the vacuum system.

Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
That's very strange. Normally, when you press the brakes, the RPM lowers... In your car, that's the opposite?

Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
yes, see the video. It's not like 20-30rpm it's quite more. And I know that if the rpm gets lover considerably that is bad too, because there is a vacuum leak.

Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
That one is fine. It has a good vacuum, and has no leaks. If there were a leak, the pedal would be stiff, but in my case that is not so. The pedal is quite soft. I've checked the brake lines, no air. replaces the brake pads in front, so new, not even 700km. Maybe it's soft because of the rear brakes. I'm not loosing any brake fluid.

Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
If the engine goes faster that's because it gets air from somewhere, so I'm pretty sure there's an air leak somewhere.

Re: My 309GR 1.3 '86
Guys, I am dumb. I bet it's because the LPG system needs vacuum to operate. The pedal must create greather vacuum when pressed, so the vaporizer gives of more LPG and the rpm rises. I need to test the system on gasoline. I bet the same is not the case. I will post my findings.

You have a problem in your fuel/air mixturemissa91 a écrit :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ycstu8L75s
excuse the music, but you can clearly see what I am talking about. What could that be?
Your are running rich or poor..i have to check !!
By pumping on the brake as you are doing, it's a good way to check if your mixture is good or no.

So what do you think? Too much LPG, too little air?
