I need all the measures of this piece..

(yes I want to make one identical and do not buy this one...because of the shipping and taxes...remember...I live in the other side of the universe..)
...or maybe anyone cans told me if 205, 405 BX, AX, or another car use something that I could find easily here...

in fact...I need the original part numbers....as its the same but shorter...what I need is...the throttle buterfly side diameter (or perimeter as its not round) and the diameter (inside and outside) of the breathers....
