My name is Matthias, I´m a fanatic 309 GTi ( 205 GTi ) lover and music-freak.
I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I`m from Germany, Bavaria, near Münich ( Oktoberfest!
).A few guys maybe know me from other 309-sites.
First time i fell in love in 2000, after selling my first car, a 1986 Passat variant. The 309 GTi jetronic was registered in march 1987, one of the earlyest 309 GTi here in germany. I had it for about 8? month and that was the best time I can remeber so far.
After a little crash not caused by me I was in search for a new 309. Not easy to find them here in germany. Only got a 205 GTi. After this I had the next 309 GTi. But this was took away by a bad hail.( hailstones bigger as golfballs )
2003 I got in touch with the 309 GTi16 for the first time. Miami blue and just 101300Km. This one is still in my garage. Than another 205 GTi, 309 GTi16, 309 GTi 5-door, 309 GTi jetronic, 205 GTi, 205 GTi came one by one. The second 205 GTi was sold after a crash ( not my fault ), 309 GTi 5-door was killed by a Jaguar last year. The other cars were sold. This year I had to use a Mitsubishi Carisma until I got my 7th 309 GTi in july.

I hope it`s not too boring to read the whole stuff. My first love before the 309 is the music. If somebody is interessted in metalmusic you listen to a few songs on my bands myspace.
