i have a problem with my 309 from 89 its a 1.3
when i have been driveing like 20 min its get really hard to change the gears
there is oil on geabox
when i try to change gear i can do it but its hard an it gives like a bad sound
but its not from the gearbox its like its comeing from under the car
when i drive lets say 100 km/t in 5th gear there is no missounds from the gearbox it runs smooth
hard to shift gears

Have you tried to start in third gear?
The test is to:
1/ start the engine
2/ accelerate until a rythm of 2500 RPM
3/ put the third gear progressively while you are maintaining the rythm at 2500 RPM. If the rythm does not descrease, your clutch is about out of order.
