Re: [Ace-Rimmer] Peugeot 309 XLD
Guys,i have a problem.
car is a diesel one,XLD.
When i start the car,it chokes about 7 seconds later, even if i push the pedal to the ground.
Starting is also hard, cuz i see the car is fighting to stay alive after that some 7 seconds is responding well
to throttle pushing and after that sudenly starts choking, regardles of me,pressing the throttle.
I have checked the pump, the diesel filter is new,and the tube from tank to the filter is clean, checked also.
Since i replace the diesel filter yesterday,i thought it may be that the car has to push out the air from the system so its chokes..how long does it takes to do that.
Could it be a filter within the tank itself is dirty,if there is filter at all.

I think about some air in the circuit too, look at the copper O rings.

Oh yes,im driving french car i MUST know french
Oh yes,on my 309 the thermostat casing got damaged,i think its due to the lack of antifreeze.
