you are absolutely right. The car is not used every day, I take my bicycle when I go to work . I drive about 2500 to 3000 km a year. Most of the time when I drive the car it’s a relax ride.

In the meanwhile I did some little things, I refurbished the spare wheel holder, and bought some new parts.

We have planned a vacation in France, and it is about 130km from the Peugeo museum, is it worth a visit. ?

Last week I did some work on the front of the car. Because I saw that at the front struts the body safe was coming off, usually this means rust. So I removed the strut and mechanically removed the rust. I painted it with anti rust paint, so it should sit for a whale.
When I opened the doors there was always a ‘knocking’ noise which means that the door catchers must be replaced. It’s a easy shop, but it makes a great difference.

Yeah, if you have the size, I still want it since I haven't looked for the information.
I also have the knocking noise on my SL. Do you think it really means the door "catchers" have to be replaced?

At my car it made really a difference. That irritating 'knocking sound' is gone. The door feels much more solid when opening and closing it.
